TalentZora is a B2B SaaS subscription software product operated by Finploy Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202548778H). This policy explains pricing, subscription renewal, cancellation and refunds for paid TalentZora plans.
1. Pricing
Pricing for TalentZora is displayed on our website, pricing page, checkout, dashboard, invoice, or written quotation. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise and may exclude GST, bank charges, or payment processing fees.
TalentZora provides self-service B2B SaaS software for CV upload, CV parsing, AI-assisted CV–JD matching, private candidate vault search, shortlist review and export. No employment agency, recruitment, manpower, or candidate placement services are sold under this policy.
Existing users and registered corporate accounts may receive preferential pricing, promotional offers, or custom packages as notified by us in writing or shown on the dashboard.
2. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Where a free trial is offered, it is for evaluation only. You are not charged during the trial, and no paid subscription begins unless you choose to continue to a paid plan.
Where introductory pricing is offered (for example, a reduced rate for the first three months), the price reverts to the standard plan rate shown on our pricing page at the end of the promotional period.
You may cancel at any time by contacting support@talentzora.com or through your account where available. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and does not renew thereafter.
3. Refund eligibility
Payments for activated subscriptions, used credits (including quick matches and detailed AI reports), stored CV capacity, and platform or dashboard access are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, or for unused users, storage, matches or report credits. Refunds are not provided based on matching results, candidate availability, or any hiring decisions made by users.
Refunds may be considered only in the following explicit cases:
- Duplicate transaction or overcharge: If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified technical or payment processing error, the excess amount will be refunded.
- Service not activated: If payment is successfully received but the purchased digital service cannot be activated due to a verified internal system error, we may offer either service credit or a refund.
4. Refund process
To request a refund, email support@talentzora.com with your transaction ID, payment proof, registered email address, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after approval, depending on the timelines of the payment provider, bank, or card network.
Refunds are made strictly in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Any bank charges, card charges, foreign exchange differences, or third-party processing fees may be borne by the user unless required otherwise by law.
5. Payment failure
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, bank limits, card restrictions, payment gateway downtime, network issues, bank processing issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If a payment fails, you may retry using the available payment methods. Access to paid services may be activated only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user breaches our Terms, posts misleading information, misuses the platform, fails to complete payment, creates chargeback risk, or engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
Where required, we may report suspicious or unlawful activity to banks, payment providers, regulators, or lawful authorities.
7. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from this Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
We encourage you to contact support@talentzora.com first so that both parties can try to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days from written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
