Remuneration: Attractive basic salary + commission + KPI incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead an outlet team, grow sales performance and ensure smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in developing team members, maintaining service standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the outlet team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Drive outlet revenue, customer conversion, retention and other agreed KPIs.
Monitor individual and team performance and implement improvement actions.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, guidance and on-the-job training.
Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, customer appointments and outlet readiness.
Ensure customers receive professional consultations, attentive service and appropriate follow-up.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures and service standards.
Work closely with management on sales initiatives, promotions and business improvement plans.
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, beauty, wellness, haircare or a customer-facing service environment.
Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage outlet KPIs.
Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Commercially minded, responsible and able to work independently.
Positive, hands-on and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Proficient in English.
Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
