By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions Framework. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site.
3. Our Services
Finploy operates a self-service online job advertising directory and software platform focused on finance-related job listings in Singapore. Our Services may include hosting employer-submitted job advertisements, account dashboards, search filters, and basic platform insights.
Finploy is not an employment agency, recruitment agency, manpower agency, placement service, or hiring representative. We do not conduct candidate placement, manual shortlisting, active matching, interviews, salary negotiation, employment negotiation, work pass services, or hiring intermediation.
Employers are responsible for their job advertisements, hiring decisions, interview process, employment terms, and legal compliance. Job seekers are responsible for reviewing job details and verifying employer information before applying or accepting any opportunity.
Finploy does not guarantee job availability, interviews, hiring outcomes, employment offers, candidate suitability, employer legitimacy, salary terms, licensing status, or regulatory status.

5. Orders and Payment
Prices will be displayed on the Site, invoice, checkout page, or written quotation. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of GST and applicable payment charges.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, PayNow, bank transfer, or other methods made available by Finploy.
Finploy may suspend, cancel, or restrict paid Services if payment is unsuccessful, disputed, reversed, flagged for risk review, or not received in full.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy, payments for activated subscriptions, used credits, published job advertisements, profile access, platform access, or digital services are non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by Finploy in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, technology, trademarks, logos, databases, and platform materials belong to Finploy or its licensors. You may use the Site only for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or Services without Finploy’s prior written consent.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and processed for account management, service delivery, job applications, communication, payment processing, compliance, fraud prevention, analytics, and support.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties must keep non-public business, technical, commercial, account-related, and personal data confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing or using the Services, complying with law, or protecting legitimate business interests.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Finploy shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, internet or hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, payment gateway disruptions, bank network issues, or third-party service outages.
11. Anti-Bribery and Ethics
We conduct business in accordance with Singapore’s Prevention of Corruption Act and expect all users, clients, partners, and vendors to act with integrity, fairness, and compliance.
You must not offer, request, give, receive, or facilitate any bribe, kickback, unlawful commission, or improper advantage in connection with the Site or Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Site, fail to make payment, create chargeback or payment risk, submit misleading content, violate laws, or harm Finploy, users, partners, or the platform’s reputation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Accrued payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, limitation of liability, and legal obligations will survive.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
