About the Role
TK TrichoKare is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hair & Scalp Therapist to join our team. This role is suitable for someone with hairdressing or haircare experience who enjoys providing professional treatments, interacting with customers and developing a long-term career in the hair and scalp care industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional hair and scalp care treatments according to established procedures.
Provide basic haircutting, trimming, blow-drying and styling services.
Understand customers’ hair and scalp concerns and provide appropriate care recommendations.
Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to customers.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional service experience.
Recommend suitable treatments and haircare products based on customers’ needs.
Participate in training and continuously improve technical and customer-service skills.
Relevant experience in hairdressing, hairstyling, haircare or scalp treatment.
Basic haircutting and hairstyling skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
Candidates with relevant hair or scalp-care qualifications will have an advantage.
