• Professional and employment details (e.g., employment history, educational qualifications, resume/CV contents, academic credentials, certifications, professional memberships, skills, and work eligibility/visa status).

• Employer-related information (e.g., company name, UEN, corporate billing address, and contact information of authorized corporate representatives).
• Technical data (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, browser types, and usage cookies).

2. Consent and Notification

We collect, use, and disclose personal data only with your consent and knowledge, unless authorized or required by law.

• Job Seekers & Candidates: By registering an account, uploading a resume/CV, or applying for jobs on our platform, you explicitly consent to us sharing your personal data and profile details with prospective employers matching your preferences.
• Employers & Recruiters: By registering a corporate recruiter account, you consent to our processing of your contact details to provide recruitment matching, billing, verification, and support services.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@finploy.sg. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing services to you.

3. Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

• Operating, managing, and maintaining our job matching platform and your user account.
• Facilitating recruitment services, connecting job seekers with prospective employers, and job application tracking.
• Verifying identities, credentials, and work eligibility of candidates.
• Verifying employer details and job listing authenticity to maintain portal integrity.
• Processing transactions and billing for premium packages and recruiter credits.
• Responding to queries, feedback, complaints, and providing customer support.
• Compliance with local Singapore rules, regulatory guidance, and codes of practice (e.g., MAS licensing guidelines, TAFEP fair hiring guidelines).
• Any other purpose for which you have provided consent, or as permitted or required under Singapore law.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We respect your privacy and do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with:

• Prospective employers, recruiters, and clients, for candidates who have applied for jobs or opted to be discoverable on our platform.
• Third-party service providers (such as web hosting, payment gateways, analytics providers, and support systems) who assist us in operating our platform, under strict contractual confidentiality terms.
• Government bodies, regulatory agencies, or law enforcement officials, as required under Singapore law or MAS regulations.

5. Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have the right to request access to a copy of your personal data held by us, or information on how we have used or disclosed it. You also have the right to request the correction of any errors or omissions in your personal data.

• We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee permitted under the PDPA to process access requests.

6. Accuracy and Security

We rely on you to ensure that all personal data provided to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You can easily update your details at any time by logging into your account.

We employ appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, leakage, or similar risks. These include SSL/HTTPS encryption for data in transit, secure database firewalls, and restricted access privileges. However, please note that no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, regulatory, and business requirements. Once your personal data is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will securely destroy or anonymize the data.

Your personal data is stored primarily on secure cloud databases. In the event that we transfer your personal data to countries or territories outside Singapore, we will take steps to ensure that the overseas recipient provides a standard of protection to your personal data that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will assess the breach and, where notifiable under the PDPA (e.g., likely to result in significant harm or affects a significant number of individuals), we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the affected individuals within the required regulatory timelines.
